2. Food Safety & Storage

  • Chilled Product: You acknowledge that our sauces are perishable and must be kept refrigerated.

  • Customer Responsibility: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to refrigerate the product immediately. We are not liable for spoilage or quality degradation caused by improper storage or failure to collect the package from a safe place or sorting office in a timely manner.

  • Allergens: All ingredients are listed on the product pages and the bottle labels. It is the customer's responsibility to check for allergens before consumption.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your credit card details.

4. Shipping and Risk

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the address provided (or left in a "safe place").

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Sauce LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our products.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased.
