Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Signature Sauce LTD, we take extra care to ensure your chilled sauces arrive fresh and at the correct temperature. Because our products require refrigeration, we follow a strict shipping schedule to avoid transit delays over weekends.

1. Shipping Schedule

To guarantee the shortest time in transit, we process orders based on the following schedule:

Order Placed Dispatch Day Estimated Delivery
Monday – Thursday Next Day Within 24 hours of dispatch
Friday – Sunday Monday Tuesday

Note: We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to prevent your chilled order from held in a courier depot over the weekend.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Everi.

  • This is a premium service designed to deliver your package within one business day of dispatch.

  • While Royal Mail aims for 24-hour delivery, please allow for slight variations during peak seasonal periods.

3. Tracking Your Order

We know you're eager to get your sauce!

  • Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

  • You can use this number on the Royal Mail website to monitor your parcel’s progress in real-time.

4. Receipt of Chilled Goods

Because our sauces are perishable, it is highly recommended that someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt.

  • Safe Place: If you are not home, please ensure you have set a "Safe Place" or "Deliver to Neighbor" preference via the Royal Mail tracking link.

  • Refrigeration: Please transfer your sauces to a refrigerator immediately upon arrival. Signature sauce ltd is not responsible for products that spoil because they were left unattended for an extended period after delivery.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the specialized insulated packaging required to keep your sauce chilled during transit.

6. Service Areas

Currently, we ship to UK Mainland addresses only. We are unable to ship to locations where a 24-hour delivery window cannot be guaranteed (such as certain remote Highlands or Island postcodes) to ensure food safety.
